Celebrated for his meticulously intelligent and innovative approach to Modern Israeli cuisine, Adoni has won several awards for his famous restaurant Catit in Israel.
Together, on Monday 12 March, Meir Adoni and Shane Delia will create a magnificent eight course degustation with matching wines showcasing the beautiful flavours and techniques of Modern Israel and Middle Eastern cuisine.
